Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience relating to data analysis.
Proficient in computer applications and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI and Electronic Health Records.
Experience with SQL Server preferred.
Behavioral health and Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
Valid NYS Drivers License.
The Technology and Data Support Technician is responsible for oversight, development, and management of FLACRA's Report Library.
This includes being an expert on the data available to agency management from various internal and external applications.
Providing consulting and analysis on business needs for new information and developing new reporting capabilities to meet those needs.
Job Duties:
1.
Data analysis, including but not limited to collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, reporting results to relevant members of the business, identifying patterns and trends in data sets, working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs, and defining new data collection and analysis processes.
2.
Creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
3.
Administer and maintain Electronic Health Record, including adding custom fields needed to capture data.
4.
Administer and maintain Learning Management System, including uploading content, creating reports, and data analytics.
Act as liaison with our partners.
5.
Administer and maintain Referral Management System, including data analytics around referrals.
6.
Create ad-hoc reports as requested.
7.
Required participation in the 24/7 IT on-call rotation.
8.
Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
